The good news? You don’t have to just imagine it. I’ve put together the Gluten Free Meal Plan program to plan all of your meals for the week including what meals and snacks to eat and what to buy at the grocery store and how to follow the gluten free diet.
Spending hours and hours at the grocery store reading labels, always stressing about cross contamination when you really just want to order lunch from GrubHub or Seamless instead of leaving the office or brown baggin’ it, and…let’s not even start talking about having to turning down those mozzarella sticks during happy hour!
If you’ve recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease or have been living gluten free for a while, you might be frustrated about all of the unwanted calories that are actually crammed into those gluten free cupcakes others think are ‘must be so healthy because they are gluten free.’
Not to mention, the patience it actually takes to cook something from scratch. I mean who are you, Betty Crocker?
No way, you don’t have the time to dedicate to discovering delicious, gluten free recipes that are nutritious and easy to make.
But sometimes you need a little help from someone who’s been there and ate that….
You either are brand new to the gluten free diet and don’t know all of those pesky hidden names for gluten yet or you’ve been eating the same ‘safe’ meals every day and are sick of just eating plain meats and veggies, instead of enjoying food like you used to and are tired of sacrificing taste for ‘gluten free.’
I started learning about the gluten free diet in 2006 when I was doing publicity for a Celiac cookbook. The next year my mom was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. It’s kind of unbelievable how fate puts you exactly where you need to be to help the people closest to you, right? In 2009, I was personally diagnosed with Celiac Disease, discovered that I had the gene for lupus and began my strictly gluten free lifestyle.
Before I lay out the program, let me tell you how this came about.
Over the past year, I’ve traveled over 10,000 miles advocating for Celiac Awareness and speaking to hundreds of people living a gluten free lifestyle. In fact the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness even called me a “Celiac Awareness All-Star” for my efforts. But what’s important is…
No matter if the person was diagnosed with Celiac Disease yesterday or if they had been gluten free for 20 years, we always talked about the same frightening thought…
Think about it. You’ve been eating bread, pizza, pasta, cookies and cakes your entire life, and never thought twice about it. Now that you’ve been diagnosed with Celiac Disease or gluten sensitivity or you simply just want to eliminate gluten from you diet, it seems like there’s not left that you can eat without getting sick!
After hearing all of these similar diagnosis stories and struggles to adapt to a gluten free diet based on the tough learning curve, my big idea engine got to work….
After hours upon hours of brainstorm, the answer was Gluten Free Meal Plan, a 100% online meal plan service. After you complete the payment, you will get access to the members-only area with this week’s meal plan, recipes and shopping list that covers every meal of the week.
Going gluten free doesn’t have to be so hard. I’ll take you by the hand and deliver meal plans, shopping lists that call out recommended (and gluten free) brands and step-by-step recipes.

Some recent recipes on the meal plan were Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs, Southwestern Shepherd’s Pie and Chicken Satay with Veggies.
Here’s how easy it is to go gluten free using the Gluten Free Meal Plan…
I’ve been getting some really great questions about the Gluten Free Meal Plan program and the people who subscribe. Here’s a few you might be wondering about:
Your first meal plan will be available immediately inside the members only page – My Dashboard (top right tab). This is where the meal plans and grocery lists for the past 2 weeks live. Every Tuesday, I’ll send you a quick email that sends the latest meal plans and grocery lists right to your inbox, plus anything else you might need to know about the recipes that week.
Our certified personal fitness chef Jenna who has been gluten free for 7 years creates one meal plan by hand every week, and everyone on the plan receives their creation. Using this meal plan is a fantastic way to learn what your plate should look like on a gluten free diet, and how often you should be eating when you first start out. It truly does make meal planning a non-issue for new gluten free eaters.
The meal plan gives you the tools to prepare 4 meals a day – breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner – every day for 2 average people. If you’re cooking only for yourself or for your whole family, you can easily modify the recipes and shopping list to account for that.
Have you ever seen that Disney movie, Ratatouille? You know the one with the French mouse that can cook in a 5-star restaurant. Much like Chef Gusto, I believe anyone can cook. And my handpicked recipes have been put to the test to make sure anyone can make them.
You can check out all of the gluten free recipes on my recipes page here (there are more than 200 of them). The recipes are simple, using ingredients you’ll almost always recognize (sometimes I do add in a new treat, tho!).
You’re busy – I get it! After working 8 – 10+ hours at day, you don’t want to come home and spend the rest of your night in the kitchen. That’s especially why I never give you a meal that takes more than 30 minutes to cook during the weekdays (marinade time not included). Plus, I even plan out the best use of ingredients each week for leftovers, so you can make the most of your time spent in the kitchen.
The Gluten Free Meal Plan is for you if you’re ready stop being a slave to your gluten free diet and you are:
